WHOLESALE SUPPORT

Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about wholesale access, ordering, payments and international logistics with El Pico Distribution.

Access and availability

Complete the Wholesale Access form with your business information, location and the product categories you are interested in. We review each request individually and provide access to the programs that fit your business and territory.
Product and brand opportunities can vary according to territory, inventory, customer type and current commercial agreements. Approval for one collection does not automatically provide access to every program.
No. El Pico Distribution provides access to selected brands, products and commercial opportunities through an international network of manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. Availability does not necessarily imply direct representation, exclusivity or authorization in every territory.

Orders and pricing

Yes. Minimums vary by collection and may be based on units, packs, cases or total order value. The applicable minimum is shown in the catalog or confirmed before the order is processed.
Catalogs identify whether a price applies to one unit, a pack or a case. When products are sold in packs, the unit price may be shown for easier comparison while the order total is calculated using the required pack.
Not always. Each collection may be supplied through a different program, warehouse or vendor. We confirm whether products can be consolidated after reviewing the complete order.
Prices and availability are subject to confirmation. Inventory can change quickly, and an order is not final until availability, terms and payment have been confirmed.

Payments

Available methods may include bank transfer, Zelle, Wise, Revolut, PayPal and credit card. Payment options and any applicable processing fees are confirmed for each order.
Payment terms vary by collection and customer approval. Unless other terms are confirmed in writing, payment is required before the merchandise is released or shipped.

Shipping and international logistics

We help customers coordinate international logistics and can ship to approved freight forwarders or consolidation warehouses in the United States. The final structure depends on the destination, product and order size.
Yes. Many customers use their preferred freight forwarder in the United States. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery instructions and coordinating import requirements at destination.
Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, brokerage or destination charges. These costs are quoted or coordinated separately.
Blind shipping may be requested when available. Packing slips without pricing can often be arranged, but requirements vary by supplier and must be confirmed before shipment.

Order processing

Processing time depends on inventory location, supplier requirements, payment clearance and shipping method. An estimated timeline is provided after the order is reviewed and availability is confirmed.
You may request adjustments before the order is confirmed and paid. Once processing or shipping begins, changes may not be possible.
We will advise you of unavailable items and, when possible, suggest replacements, revised quantities or a future delivery option. No substitution is made without approval.
